I love great food. I love lingering over dinner, dessert and wine. I also love fitting in my skinny jeans.
I’m an East Coast Canadian with dual citizenship who is learning how to be an American in Boston, MA. I’m currently interning at a small architecture and design magazine based in the Back Bay, and just achieved one of my life goals by having a restaurant review published.

I lived in Montreal, Quebec for five years while going to university, and while it’s no Paris, the French have definitely influenced my thoughts on food, life, and pleasure. I walked everywhere, ate croissants and pain au chocolat for breakfast every Saturday morning, and learned to cultivate a sense of style that has more to do with how you carry yourself than what you’re wearing.
I try to eat what’s fresh and in season, and if it really isn’t worth it, I put my fork down.
Mon Petit Peche Mignon is a French phrase that refers to a sin that is “tiny” and “adorable” and is used in reference to decadent little treats. Of course, the phrase is ironic because nothing is “sinfully” delicious- if you love something, there is a place for it in your life.
